We are preparing to share some delicious food at Camp Rosewater, and you can help! 🤝🏽
We have time blocks for each day for the different areas we need support listed below in the flyer.
Volunteers will be given a free ticket to the event, plus a free meal for each shift.
Set up is on Friday, the 26th, around 3 pm. We will be unloading all the goodies and getting organized for the weekend ahead.
From there we will serving the Fresh Market items, which will be food made by our neighbors and packed into simple to go containers. This job will be easy!
Friday evening, around 8, we will start offering our latest night bite option of grilled cheese sandwiches. We will mostly need help with taking orders and serving, for this one.
We will start Saturday morning off with breakfast bagel sandwiches! Simple, yet delicious and we will need help with making sandwiches and order taking/serving.
We will have another easy day serving the Fresh Market items, from around 12 – 8 pm. We’ve broken up the day into two, 4 and half hour shifts.
Saturday night we will be back on grilled cheese sandwiches and could use help with order taking and serving again!
Sunday morning will do another round of breakfast bagel sandwiches, any and all help is welcome.
We will continue selling the Fresh Market items and whatever we have left until the end of the event at 8 pm.
And then we will be cleaning up and taking down from there.
If you’d like to help BEFORE the event, we could use more Fresh Market items. We have 20 to-go containers for anyone who wants to make a delicious cold salad or side dish- something you’d bring to a pot luck.👌🏽 *Can share more details directly to those interested.
